Jeff is Vice President and National Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the industry in 2009, he spent nearly 15 years in the subsurface title world, with a keen emphasis on energy-based projects around the country, specializing in the unique challenges presented by mineral/renewable/pipeline portfolios. In his current role, Jeff provides comprehensive underwriting and closing services to our nationwide clients on all projects ranging from single-site acquisitions or refinances to multi-state, multi-site portfolios.

Jeff is a former council member and vice-chair of the Allegheny County (PA) Bar Association Real Property Section, and a former trustee of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation. He has a B.A. in political science from Penn State University and earned his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jeff lives in the south hills of Pittsburgh with his wife and two daughters, and spends his free time golfing, cooking, playing tennis, and trying in vain to keep his yard green.
